    Delegate Manchin moves to amend the bill as follows:

    On page forty, section eight, line one, immediately following the word “within” by striking out the words “one thousand five hundred” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “two thousand”;

    AND

    On page forty-eight, section ten, line six, immediately following the word “within” by striking out the words “one thousand five hundred” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “two thousand”;

    AND

    On page sixty-five, section eighteen, line eighteen, immediately following the word “within” by striking out the words “one thousand five hundred” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “two thousand”;

    AND

    On page sixty-six, section eighteen, line seven, immediately following the word “within” by striking out the words “one thousand five hundred” and inserting in lieu thereof the words “two thousand”.
